Black Bile Games specializes in mobile and PC psychological horror games and is currently located in Belgrade, Serbia. In 2023, as part of their work in Ice-Pick Lodge studio, members of the team released the experimental psychological thriller Franz, which made its way into the charts of both the App Store and Google Play. It has remained in the top 100 in the App Store's puzzle category. Additionally, the team contributed to the development of the Ice-Pick Lodge flagship project – the philosophical survival horror RPG Pathologic: Bachelor (TBA).

Anna Pimonova, the company's CEO, has 10 years of experience in this genre as a screenwriter, narrative designer and team leader. Films based on her scripts have been shown at Cannes and continue to receive awards at international film festivals. Anna has also worked on a number of TV series for Russian TV3 Channel and Mars Media Entertainment, served as an editor for feature box office films at KD Studios, and released her book Scary Tales.
